My first propsal was denied. So far I have come up with new ideas and I am working on them. I understand that my first proposal was not specific at all, but I am now in touch with the organization I originally wanted to workwith and another one. I am coming up with ideas for both so that I will have a back up plan if I am denied again.

Ideas
My idea for my senior project is to do something to raise money and awareness for NAMI (National Alliance for Mentally Ill), muscular distrophy awareness, or an awareness project for suicide prevention. I hope to do this by holding some sort of fundraiser or event (bake sale, handing out awareness bracelets and information, or starting a team to participate in a walk for awareness).
